The app pickup experience is horrendous, and the alternative, waiting in line for a woefully understaffed customer service desk is not much of a better option. After putting in your information, be prepared to wait up to 20-30 minutes outside before getting approved to pickup the keys, and when you finally get the keys, the app cannot retain and process photos of the truck, the input field for photos does not get filled after several attempts. So you are stuck outside in whatever weather you get blessed with, with a non-functional app, and on-hold customer service. The one star ratings on the app store say it all.

Tristan LI put yes for clean but it could have been cleaner, we definitely left it cleaner. The whole experience of trying to get the truck was no fun. It too way too long and was way too complicated. Suppose to pick up at 8am was almost 830. Same with dropping it off it was way too complicated and had to download the app which is stupid. Then there’s the gas hand. Was filling up and gas hand wouldn’t move, then when it finally started moving I probably ended up putting $10-$15 more in gas then needed. Would give the overall experience a zero stars. It’s ridiculously complicated and way harder than it should or needs to be. Would not recommend to anyone and will never rent another uhual. And would advise anyone not to rent especially the way it’s set up. Especially if someone is not good with technology
