I have used this location and Gary's companion site a few times over the last decade and have always been pleased with the service I received.
Scott KMy drop off was in Bemidji . For some reason I got charged 56 extra mileage fee. Something I was told over the phone wouldn’t happen. Paid it just to get out of there. I don’t think the U-Haul places communicate with each other. I got a call less then 24 hours be for my pick up. Made me pick up 150 futher then my regular pickup . 300 miles round trip cost me extra money and very frustrating. Really not sure I would recommend U-Haul. Nothing wrong with the pick up and drop off but wasn’t happy with U-Haul thinking it is alright to send people all over the country.
