Pick up location changed day before pick up. 1 hour out of my way during rush hour. The discount offered by customer service was not applied during pick up. The Dolly was also not included. Bad experience. Drop off was fine.

Once they arrived (20 minutes late) they were friendly and cordial. Yet they have no free parking for when you are renting a vehicle, which is frustrating. The largest issue came form UHAUL support who we called when the 1st Class Auto Sales wasn't open on time. How UHAUL support handled the situation, and what they said to my team member is uncontainable and has us looking at other possible rental companies in the future.
