I will never use U-Haul again. This was the worst bullshit experience I’ve ever had. Everything about it was horrible. Fuck you guys and fuck this place.

ESTHER NForgot to catch the name of the Mrs. who was assisting me, but I did catch Mom's name on her nameplate. She was fantastic to work with, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location.
PHILLIP YMs. Kimberly was awesome to work with for pick up and drop off and to the person that extended it for an extra day to us on Monday due to the place not allowing us to move in on Monday so we had to keep it an extra day til Tuesday otherwise I would of had to find storage for a day in order to find another truck to pack it all up again. You are all so awesome and easy to work with.
