JANELLE DMy contract said return to the location I dropped it off at, but when I went to complete the return in the app it told me I had to go to a different location otherwise I would be charged extra. Very frustrated with UHaul, I got no notice that the drop off location changed and I went to the place that was stated on my contract. Thankfully the man that was at the contract drop off location was extremely nice and helpful.
Taryn BMake sure that the equipment that people need for the move and anything else is there; because I asked for a cargo cart for the belongings and it wasn't there.
