Have the truck ready when it's stated and clearly disclose the truck needs to be returned to the same location. My guaranteed truck was actually an extra so it wasn't ready but thankfully there was one dropped off there accidentally but expectations were not clear about drop off and how the app is required and is location based. It was absolutely terrible.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCan't think of anything. It was quick and efficient and reasonably priced
Knox AVery nice people
Skye SI returned a trailer during business hours and with the help of an employee before the due date of the rental. The location did not record my returning of the trailer until after the due date causing me to incur a late charge and after hours charge. Despite speaking with the location and U-Haul individually and both agreeing I returned the trailer prior to its required drop-off time, it appears I’m out the money.
