The guy shows up 10 minutes late, then charged me for an overnight fee and an extra day. I only had the trailer for a few hours. I did check in with him after I dropped it off. Stay away from this place.
Andrew PDid not expect to do the connection of trailer to my truck, but staff gave direction while I did the work, and it worked out.
RICHARD PDidn't ensure equipment was working properly with customer. Additionally, no information was provided at booking that a trailer light adapter would be required for a 4 to 7 pin. Then to get the adapter cost almost the cost of the trailer. I would have brought one if it would have known it would be required.
Jacob TThe lady was crabby and not helpful. I was simply dropping the trailer off and I do not know how to back up with the trailer, she told me that ! will have to unhook it myself and physically push it into the "correct" spot. I am 60. I cannot physically move the trailer. I flagged down some random guy to assist me. If I couldn't find anyone, I reluctantly would have unhooked it and left it right in the middle of the lot. Not a great representation of UHaul. UHaul location employees are much nicer and more helpful.
