I scheduled for 9:00 at one location and i was moved to this location later, but this location does not open until 10:00. Do not move peoples reservations if your hours dont support it. Complete Ass
Erik IIt would have been nice to have some instruction...even a quick run down of the truck before handing over the keys. He was fine enough, but not very friendly.
Kelly JPerson was a real jerk. Wouldn’t listen. I asked him for a two day rental and he charged me three. Never asked me for the insurance, I would have refused because my auto policy covered it. But lied on the contract and said he asked me. When I got there he told me I had to figure a way to hook up everything myself. He claimed he had a bad back. Never came out or checked anything out. Will not rent from you again.
