Truck inside windshield was dirty and hard to see out of. I was given the key to truck which was cold, ice coated and no ice scraper in sight.

Beka GMy 9AM pickup was moved to this location, but they didn't open until 10. The manager did not know how to hook up towing equipment, and handed me a sheet of paper with warnings about towing my vehicle. I had to YouTube how to do it, and she called a different manager to help explain.
