I walked in and he didn't answer any questions just took the key and said goodbye.
Kenneth TUnfriendly and unhappy employee, didn’t go over terms or anything with me, just printed a sheet of paper and told me to sign. When I returned there was no acknowledgment to me, told me to put the keys on the table and to head out. Couldn’t imagine being so unhappy.
MIN STruck was parked closely between two other trucks, so it was hard to get out. The app took a long time to get the keys and customer service of the app was not responding to our messages.
