No problems great service
Michael FMy only suggestion would be...U-Haul changed the location for the truck rental. I had previously ordered a furniture dolly which I absolutely needed for the move! When I picked up the truck I was informed this location did not have anything other than the truck I rental. I was not notified. So imagine how impossible it was to load/unload an entire truck of furniture and boxes without a dolly! The best part of my experience renting from U-Haul was the charges/receipt were perfect!
Diane GThe app is not very user friendly - little to no instructions on using 24/7 pick up. Wernet was nice enough to do it in-person before they were even supposed to open, but that took a long time too because the U Haul website was lagging.
