Need to improve 24 hour return locations on maps. Many Uhaul locations around but few 24 hour returns and the maps don’t necessarily correctly reflect 24 hour return locations. Upon reserving a truck I selected what appeared to be a 24 hour return location only to find it was not 24 hour when I went there. It was only luck that I was able to drive back up the highway to another location that happened to be 24 hour return. By the way it cost me more from a mileage standpoint because of all this.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou changed my location without notifying me 24 hours before pick up. You guys are a logistics company but you suck at logistics.
Charles SWe found this location after we had booked at another location and they just randomly canceled our appointment. We were left in a real bind. The gentleman at this location of Devon Self storage was incredibly nice and was actually a human who answered the phone which was amazing to get! He was efficient and got us in our truck quickly and out the door. We really appreciate his assistance!
