Where do I begin? My original drop off location was closed due to a massive fire. I was told to drop to off the truck (20 ft U-Haul) and auto transport at another location. ( A hour away from the original drop off).That location was not plowed of a huge amount on snow. I informed the worker and called head office. Apparently , head office googled the location and saw the situation first hand.Unfortunately, the worker was not helpful. I gave him the keys and called head office.Total frustration. Other customers had to dig out their rentals as well..Drop off/ pick up locations should be clean and equipment should be good to go.
