The car transport we went to pick up was broken. Was redirected to Cochrane where it was confusion and uhaul informed them I would be bringing the broken trailer to them in replace of the one in working order. This was obsurd!! Why would I bring a broken trailer, which was impossible as it was BROKEN!! Whole experience was a disaster. Trailer was functional and worked but the run around I had to do was definitely unacceptable!!!!!

KIMBERLY FThis poor guy helped us so we didn't have to pay extra. We told the pick up location when and where we could drop the trailer off, he never once told us it had to be back by 3 pm on the following Tuesday, because we told him it would be AFTER 5... So once dropping off, this location had to processed so we didn't have to pay for an extra day, even AFTER paying for extra days at the pick up location. We have dropped off lots of equipment to this location as we moved 8 hr this year, and he has been nothing but helpful!
