I returned my equipment at 1035am day of rental no one processed the return. I didn't find out the return wasn't processed until the next day when I had to come out to the location and do it myself. If this is their way of trying to get get extra money from people by making their return late then I won't be coming back.

Roberto CIt was so easy checking in my 26ft UHAUL and took an UBER to pick up an Enterprise rental car at DFW Airport all in one place.
Debra LI did not get them a gentleman’s name, but I believe it’s the only man that works there. He was very nice and very helpful. Believe that works they are the only person at this location off of O’Connor 183 Freeway in Irving Texas. I will definitely come back there just to see him. He was very nice.
