Before arriving, I called to confirm that the truck I needed was available. Instead of receiving assistance at that location, I was rerouted to another location, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The customer service at the Northgate location was awful. Staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel like my business did not matter. What was most upsetting was my interaction with the owner. Based on how I was treated, I felt I was treated differently because I am a woman and African American. Rather than being treated with respect and professionalism, I felt ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome. To make matters worse, my experience was a complete contrast to the outstanding service I received at the 555 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX 75062 location. This location received 10 stars they were exceptional! The staff there were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was everything I expected and deserved as a paying customer. The difference between the two locations was night and day. While the Airport Freeway location provided an amazing customer experience, the Northgate location left me frustrated, disappointed, and feeling devalued as a customer. Because of my experience at the Northgate location, I will not be returning there and cannot recommend it to anyone. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, regardless of gender or race. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. I am very displeased with how this situation was handled and hope management takes steps to address these serious customer service concerns.
