Anna WThe personnel weren't unhelpful just busy and not enough staff. So we used the mobile app and turned our keys into the drop box, which checking in on the app was easy. But there was some confusion because the location didn't know that we checked in on app and dropped keys. They thought we left it without the keys. They left us a voicemail and we got it straightened out.
Denise MAllow exit from either gate or make sure when picking up rental (trailer) the vehicle is faced the correct way to exit.😉
