The trucks radiator blew and we had to wait for hours for them to fix it. We requested another truck and were denied. Such a bunch of crap!

The person in the counter was not friendly. When I asked her to delay the pickup time, she /system did not change return time accordingly. When i asked for truck location, she did not help much. Now I see that truck was returned at same fuel level, I am charged as if fuel is less. I had my rental on May 30 returns with additional fuel to full . Still this time on return at same level, charged about $18 additional

Ashish GLAZY employee. He didn't walk us out to the truck, nor did he care to do a walk-around. The truck has a BAD right tire shake between 60 mph and 65 mph.
