There was no counter service as the agent on the phone stated. It was pouring rain while I was checking out the vehicle and the app crashed. U-Haul also messed up the charges, and I’m in the process of disputing it. Absolutely awful experience. I never want to use U-Haul again.

It was an unattended location and didn’t deal with any personnel.
James EYour site was down, so I could not pick my vehicle up on time. This delayed my plans for the day. The customer service line was unhelpful and non-sympathetic. They offered no solutions and no reconciliation for the inconvenience.
MADISON LOnly problem was there was nobody at the desk for 30 min to help me with opening the world lock. I believe someone should be there at least at office hours.
