lA. I never received a Pick Up Box Code. B. I had to spent 45 minutes for the Support Staff to remedy the problem (BTW: She was very good in interaction but it was beyond her control). C. The key was finally in the Drop Off Box. D. Got in the truck, had to air out VERY SMELLY!, Truck was not serviced WINDSHIELD had bug guts all over!. D. Could not 24/7 Drop off as the App wasnt on my phone.

Charisse CJust got charged for more gas than what was in it before pick up. took note that it had 93 miles to empty and dropped it off with 98 miles to empty and was charged $15 for 3 more gallons.....and they charged me for 41 miles over??? not really understanding that one...but pick up location was very nice.
