I ordered this truck because the description said it had a ramp. When we get to our location to load, guess what no ramp. I ordered moving blankets , guess what no blankets resulting in my cases getting broke. Will I ever rent from U-Haul again. Absolutely not. Will I recommend U-Haul again, absolutely not. Will I tell everyone I know about this experience you better believe it. I paid out 108.00 return the truck in less than 5 hrs and then some smart ass woman calls wanting the truck back! Why wasn’t it checked in by noon. Where is it I will put a locator on you. Well you can bet this is one x customer and I’m going to tell if everyone about this miserable experience.
