PAMELA KThis specific place was helpful when they were open. Instructions for drop off need to be better especially if they are closed! And customer service of uhual is a joke! Because they only want u using the app. So poor choice of a location especially since they aren't open on weekends which is when majority of ppl move!
BOBBIE MBe sure that all customers don't forget their things, like a huge Wal-Mart hammer and a used tissue.
Mark BPick up location did not have all the equipment that was included in the reservation.
