Nice people, but kind of a sketchy location, truck was on side of the road not in a fenced in location. Windows were cracked and it had rained so inside as a little wet

I was double charged for the U-Haul and told I’d get a $100 discount and refund but i never did
Cameron MVictoria motors is essentially closed down. They made me park on the street and I had to navigate an open drainage hole, mud, and uneven ground. The location was unhelpful in every way. Simply “park on street and keys in box” barely any English:
Stephanie LEntrance was slightly confusing but rep who helped me was super friendly and helpful. U-Haul seemed brand new and was super clean.
Kira TPoorly maintained car sales location. Bad facilities and problems with checkin computer system at location. Ended up having to check in outselves via app, which we were new at.
