The first truck had a big gash in the tire. We were able to get another truck but the whole process took too long. They also did not have the dolly we needed.
Thomas HI wouldn’t recommend any location. U-Haul didn’t have a truck available so sent me far away from my house and charged me for all the miles. Then told me I could return it close to my house but charged me an extra fee. I called so many times to speak to a supervisor and NO would help me! It’s a terrible company!!!
