The wrong lock was on the wrong box. We had try each box with the lady over the phone. She was very rude and was like well that’s not your truck key. Over and over. Finally she said try the other locks it was on lock 2 instead of the 3. When unlocked the key was not for The truck I rented. So she said try this combination for box 3. It worked. After a long hassle we finally got it right. But she was like well i Don’t Know what to tell you. I’m like You work for uhail not me

CHINTU PDropped off on a Sunday and no one was there but it was easy to park, leave the truck and drop the keys in the drop box.
