I reserved a 4 x 8 trailer, but there was only a 5 x 8 ready for me. I should have been charged for the equipment I reserved but they charged me for the bigger one and automatically added insurance that I didn't want. The trailer was dirty on the inside. I wanted a certain dropoff location that I saw on Uhaul.com, but they told me they couldn't do it.
