The service provided is exceptional, the office staff is courteous and professional, the van is immaculate, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I will undoubtedly return to rent from this company in the future.
JILL WThe original woman who charged my card made a mistake no big deal she reversed it. The original reverse paid out immediately but the secondary one took 5-7 business days. I called on the 2nd day to get information and the lady was rude and contradicting in every manner. She kept yelling and talking over me as I was trying to explain and get information. Only when I requested her manager she said she was the manager and after that proceeded to say "call uhaul call your bank" when her actual boss came in he explained that one transaction was a credit refund which was instant and the 2nd was a net refund which could take 5-7 business days. Even as I was speaking to him she was rude and kept trying to interject herself I walked up to the counter and her first remark was "YOU ARE THE CUSTOMER I AM THE MANAGER". As if to instil some kinda authority over me. I 10 outta 10 do not recommend this place to anyone. Your stuff was clean though.
CHRISTOPHER MTrailer had damage in front corner that leaked water into the interior. Had some old tape on it for a repair, that was not sufficient... Lady at location was very helpful and nice. Had a reservation at different location in Jamestown, but was going to be 5-10 minutes late... The guy at that location was very rude and unhelpful at all.. Would not recommend the people at that location, Elite Kreations...
