MARCUSJ HDriving in the middle of a snowstorm with a 2wd large box truck was terrible. You guys shouldn't be allowed to have 2wd moving trucks in NY. Further, I was late to my appointment and still had to wait for the wiper to be changed out and was told I'm going to be charged for bumper damage though I paid for the only coverage offered to me at the time I signed up for the truck since I had to be towed out of my plowed driveway.
