Customer service was A1. The truck though felt like the transmisiion slipped s little but could be nothing. No mirror adjust i could find. Blindspot mirror on passenger side missing. For some reason, at times I heard loud popping sound and thought the box was coming off the frame. No real action it just sounded bad.

Becky mThere is a claim saying that we hit something on the driver side of the overhead and scraped at the top. There was NOTHING on the driver side when it was backed into either driveways or on the road. If the rental company is going to take pictures of the trucks when they come back, then they should take pictures of the same truck before it gets rented out at the same time as you are checking the fuel gauge and post the pictures in the contract same as the fuel. There was 1 brief mention before I opened the contract to take a picture of the license plate, but NEVER to take pictures of the whole truck to verify a damage report before rental. I have NEVER had to take pictures before this on any rental.
