Friendly and helpful
DAVID LBest uhaul spot in the area won't go anywhere else
URIAH GWe reserved a vehicle tow trailer in person and we're told that we could not rent a tow dolly for the vehicle that we were towing with our SUV, which had a factory installed tow package and largest engine available, rated to tow twice the weight that we would be towing. We then specifically reserved a tow trailer with a winch, that we were told was on the lot. The next day we arrived and paid for it only to find that the trailer did NOT have a winch as the computer reflected... The vehicle that we were towing, which had always started, decided not to start, leaving us to figure out our own rope system to haul it onto the trailer. It was a very long day...
HOLLY AThe van appeared clean but had an overwhelming smell of vomit. I spend 20 minutes wiping down the cab but the smell was pervasive. I never did locate the cause of the odor.
