I was given the wrong trailer and did not receive the text to check to verify until nearly one hour later. When I tried to contact the pickup location they were closed at noon. Contacted the 800 number to get it corrected.

Terry NUnfortunately the person who had the U-Haul before me was two hours late returning. The facility person kept me informed, was professional and apologetic. He did everything he could in the situation.
Lori EThis location did an excellent job! However, the equipment was not in good shape. First of all I had rented a 15 foot truck and a day before I was to pick it up. I was told that there were no 15 foot trucks available. I had to take a 26 foot truck which U-Haul gave me at the 15 foot price. However, the truck that I picked up had almost 200,000 miles and I felt very unsafe in it. I would take that vehicle out of service especially if you’re going to charge $1.19 per mile.
