The man who helped me with the U-Haul return was great, very friendly and helpful. The office personnel needs to learn southern politeness, thank goodness I no longer have to go there for vehicle inspections because that old man inside has no clue how to be NOT grouchy

MELISSA BThis isn't a complaint about the location. My phone went to sleep while I was unhooking the equipment and it didn't let me continue to take photos after I opened my phone again. I wanted to finish the process properly but the app said the return was completed and I couldn't figure out how to go back and take the photos.
