Great customer service
MICHAEL AIt was closed when I dropped off. Had to use app to return. Had issues with app Had to call to speak to u haul. Don't recommend returning with app

Bryan RI’m very upset that I wanted a appliance dolly and wasn’t given one but I’m being charged for one if there was any other moving truck company I would use them over U-Haul I have used U-Haul three times and have had issues every time
