Customer service and roadside assistance could not help at all. We got 10 miles maybe from the pick up location and the dolly straps weren't working properly and we had a flat tire. I called roadside assistance and they told me I needed to call a towing company. All in all, I'm just gonna be honest. I will absolutely go to you guys competitor next time.
