The original reservation cancelled while I was outside the location. The address was not a business or store front. It was a personal residence. I had to reserve another truck for a different day. It cost me hundreds of dollars more.

SERGIO BThis was a franchise U-Haul rental location. I always have a positive experience at the locations actually run by U-Haul but my experience with a franchise location is never good. This facility had no restrooms. The workers seemed perplexed by performing normal operations. The trailer I rented, , the sliding rear door would retract beyond its normal position making it extremely difficult to lower the door from its fully retracted position.
