I do have a problem with the policy that if I was to drop the trailer off earlier off regular hours I would be charged $20.00. Made me want to wait until the last minute to return the trailer. The sight told me he wouldn’t have charged me unless it came back dirty. I would do business with him again.

I was extremely pleased with the drop off location. It was supposed to close at 3pm and I arrived later. The haul rep was still there and happily checked me in. this was very helpful as I was anxious leaving the vehicle over the weekend without it being checked in or only checked in on the app.
