I made a reservation for Gaylord Mi but i was directed to Johanesburg Mi instead for pickup. It added 30 minutes to the process and it added extra miles that ended up needing to pay gor. Both would have been avoided if i was able to pickup at my reserved location. I also never received notification or a phone call confirming the reservation or if the pickup location change was ok.

Cruise control would make a big difference a USB port to charge a cellphone, and power windows can't reach passengers side from the driver seat. the location was great the truck was lacking
