I would not recommend U-haul as a company to anybody. I rented a van on 10/31 and used it for 2 hours in the town of johnston only. I did not check the mileage but had proof of where I went for the 2 hours. The van had 3/4 tank of gas and it was returned with the same amount. I put under 10 miles on the vehicle. My receipt was $167 dollars. I went to the office and they called the company rep who said he would look into it. I never got a response about why it was not the price that it should have been. This is not the way to keep customers when you take advantage. Shame on you, the company and the rep are disgraceful.
