Truck ran and didn’t job. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d give the staff 5 stars!!! But the truck ha no ac and it had a check engine light on. Otherwise A++ for this location!

Brenda PThe only things im upset about is I always do business at this location and I've been a repeat customer for probably the past year or so and I rented a lot of trailers at this location and it's been very convenient and what I'm upset about is when I took the trailer and I was traveling up to New Hampshire I ended up getting a flat and after looking at the tire and taking some pictures after the flat there was a slice dead center in the tire which caused the blowout and I was down for 2 hours Upon returning the trailer I was 45 minutes late then I get charged another day kind of upset because I'm a repeat customer and I figured I'd get some type of credit for at least being down for 2 hours and being a repeat customer but apparently U-Haul they don't do that I feel U-Haul squeezes every cent they can get out of you. And to answer the question was the equipment clean and maintained I don't know if it's been maintained because I wasn't there just no service tags stating it was maintained or not so how do I know. I haven't seen any records of the trailer being maintained but I do know that I had a slice in it after I pulled over off the highway and pull into a parking lot and notice the slice right in the middle of the tire and that's the reason why it causes a tire to blowout on the sides like that.
