Beverly C.Truck not clean, water bottle left in the door, crumbs on floor Only put 15 miles on the truck and put in 3.5 gals of fuel, clearly returned the truck with MORE fuel than when I picked it up but was charged an additional $10.50 for 2 more gallons of fuel on my bill!!

Mathew M.The truck is more outdated than those used by other companies. I preregistered, using the app, and still had to go through the entire process at the desk. I've used this location twice and both times there was nobody at the desk when I returned the truck so I left the keys without speaking to anyone. Two workers saw me and just made a comment to each other wondering where the other worker was to assist me. I never received a copy of my final bill either.
