My pads and dolly I ordered were not in the truck like they said they would be, so I had to do the move without them. But they told me I would get a refund for those items so I am just waiting for that and hope it comes in! Other than that the truck was clean and ready to go.

The inside of the truck was dirty we had sweep and mop before we put our things in
Paul BLocation was fine. There were many problems with the app for picking up and returning the vehicle.
Michael TI live about 20 miles away and had a location scheduled there until Uhaul changed me to this location. I had to drive an additional half hour each way to pick up the truck. Customers service initially said I would get a $50 credit, but when I paid that never happened so I had to call and file a complaint to get the credit.
