The GPS directions took me to someone’s home. The place where we picked up was a run down junk yard. The man was very sweet but the office was filthy and covered in dog hair, dirt, bugs, smoke. It was difficult to stand in there. The U-Haul remakes of marijuana and we later found a blunt under the seat. I was grateful my children weren’t in the cab with me. The truck was very difficult to operate as the shifting arm would stick and I had to maneuver the steering wheel to Jimmy it into gear.

24 hour return is not explained well. A small sign in a different part of the compound from where the equipment is returned gives instructions. App worked well. Instructions on rental agreement said call “this” number. When called, the owner of the sight answers but was not happy about being called before the work day started. Good thing I didn’t turn it in at midnight as I originally planned. Suggestion: move the instruction sign to the entry of the location instead of leaving it hidden in the back of the lot.
JOHN GMake sure the trucks are cleaned. I had to sweep and mop out the back of the truck before loading it.
Tarasha SHave better customer service, make sure the gas is actually accurate and not just make me pay what you think it was even though it was not at a half tank and then UHaul charged me extra. They never sent the link for me to take pictures of the vehicle or gas line. The only link sent was for a drivers license and I did this all while on the phone with a representative. Also wasted an hour of my time during pick up because U-Haul didn’t have the right truck available I will never use U-Haul again and I will gladly tell everyone not to use them
