The truck made a really weird winding noise as you were driving down the road and it made me a little nervous however, I did make it to my destination and back. The woman that worked there was very gracious and very nice.

susan oMy overall experience was less than perfect! they called 2 days before I was supposed to pick up the truck and the car hauler. I was told the car hauler was in another city a 1hr 30min away I would have to drive the U-Haul truck to pick up the car hauler come back unhook the car hauler load U-Haul and then drive my 9 hour day. I did not go get the car hauler and had to leave my car and fly back and get it then drive it home. If you don't have the equipment you should not rent it I think I deserve some money back on this
