Facility was not open so I really don't have any input concerning the facility or staff. But the online drop-off was quick and painless and made it very simple.

Nobody there during the hours they’re supposed to be open
RICHARD PIt had a broken mirror when I picked it up other than that it was ok everything ran good had great heat hard to back up with the broken mirror gone
Joshua RNo one at this location during operation hours. Had to go next door at UPS and was told no one would be there until Monday. Had to call the 800 number and be transferred 3 times. I will never use this location again. I left the cargo trailer at the location cleaner than when I picked it up.
