JOEY SThe problem with this location is that we rented the ten footer and the truck was really bad. The truck was just worn out. The steering wheel had so much play in it that it was hard to maintain lane position. It shimmied and shook the steering wheel to the point that it completely wore me out from driving it even a short distance. I will continue to use this location for rentals unless I get another truck like this one. Then I will not ever use U-haul again.
Audrey DPaid for a dolly but it was not available when I picked up the truck and they said I could go to another location for the dolly. Customer behind me was unable to get the truck he had reserved because the previous vender was hours overdue. Staff were very courageous though.
