Rental process was never explained when the lady checked us in to get the rental. We had no idea how to check the truck back in since the the lady that checked us out didn’t have a create an account and we didn’t have an order number, etc that could be recognized in the system. Had to call customer service to drop off the rental because after sitting in the lot for over an hour, the building still wasn’t open. HUGE inconvenience and we STILL have not received a final receipt.
DEREK CReturn on Saturday. Supposed to be open until 4. Was there at 230pm and it was closed. Why? App was not working. Called 800 number and it was challenging please continue to hold. It should not take an act of congress to return a rental. Something that should take minutes took an hour. Will not rent again!
