Personnel was rude and overcharged me. I will not use this location again. Issue has been escalated to dm.
Kerry WHad to call customer service 5 times just to pick up the truck. Delayed my trip over an hour and a half. Representative at the body shop was extremely hostile in the beginning, but friendly right before we drove off.
Emily SI dropped the trailer after hours and it was a little difficult to know where we were supposed to park the trailer. I hope we parked it appropriately.
