The pickup process was awful. The location was changed 4 times the day of pickup. I didn’t have a car and was relying on a ride. The location was changed to a closed U-Haul store. How does anyone arrange for pickup when this happens??

The lot was small and there wasn't much space to turn around. I was told to unhook the trailer myself and while lifting the trailer hitch off the ball of my truck hitch and pushing it to the side to clear the ball I tripped over the hitch, fell face first onto both arms and broke my elbow.

Kerry WHad to call customer service 5 times just to pick up the truck. Delayed my trip over an hour and a half. Representative at the body shop was extremely hostile in the beginning, but friendly right before we drove off.
