I would have liked to have my full cost upfront.
TAYLOR RI was lied to and overcharged. Honestly I should have known from all the 1 star or less reviews. I’ll never use U-Haul again because of this singular experience. I’m ashamed of myself for thinking my experience would be different. I feel cheated and scammed.
JACOB LNo one there and the app to self check kept glitching and cut me off before I was finished uploading pics of the truck. No clear directions where the drop box for the keys was. Super confusing!!
EDWARD DNo personnel on site and repeated phone calls were not answered. The exact address of the drop-off was not accurate. Eventually someone answered our phone call and walked over to the drop-off site to quickly receive the returned trailer.
