I am formally disputing a series of fraudulent, mathematically impossible, and inappropriate fuel charges applied to my recent final receipt at this Katy location on Morton Rd. Your facility has taken money from my credit card that you do not deserve, and I am prepared to fight this through a formal corporate escalation and a bank chargeback if this is not corrected immediately. Your location has engaged in a clear breach of contract and predatory billing practices based on the following undeniable proof: 1. Breach of Initial Contract: Your staff documented my initial dispatch level as 3/8 of a tank. This was false. I have timestamped photographic evidence from your yard showing the needle was visibly below that level when I took possession of the vehicle. Your facility forced me into a fuel deficit the second you handed me the keys. 2. The 30-Mile Impossibility (Fraudulent Fuel Volume): Your final receipt bills me for 10 gallons of missing fuel. I only drove a total of exactly 30 miles. A small 10-foot box truck physically only burned around 2.5 gallons of gas on a short trip like this. To charge me for 10 gallons implies your truck gets a ridiculous 3 miles per gallon. You are inappropriately trying to force me to pay to fill up a massive portion of the tank that was already missing when I picked the vehicle up. 3. Illegitimate Surcharges: Because your staff completely falsified the data and input the vehicle as "Dispatched Full" on the final checkout, your computer system automatically triggered an unauthorized $30.00 service fee and inflated fuel penalties. I refuse to be scammed. I am fully prepared to pay for the exact fuel I utilized—which is 2.5 gallons at the contractual rate of $5.25/gallon, totaling $13.13. I demand an immediate refund to reverse the fraudulent 10-gallon calculation and the illegitimate service fee. I have the initial contract, timestamped photos of the gauge at pickup, the final photo showing the return gauge, and the final receipt proving the mileage. If this is not the right platform, give me an official email or phone number to send this documentation to. I am highly disappointed and expect a prompt resolution from management.

Kathe MThe location’s rental truck I was given had no fuel. I was told by the u-haul person that all the 10ft box trucks had no fuel and I would have to go somewhere else. They very were dirty from the interior and were obviously not well taken care of. My rental truck had a shattered windsheld and was pulling to the left.
Adam VCut my hand because there was broken glass in the car that I had to clean.
Ariel JWe were told they knew about the Crack in the windshield. However, when we inspected it, it was actually smashed in the upper corner. There were bits of glass on the dash and the passenger seat.
