We dropped the trailer off while the facility was closed but the app instructions for drop off were easy to follow. No personnel were at the location.

KRISTIN KI requested the box truck have a ramp for loading a 500 pound wheelchair. Arrived at destination to find our truck had no ramp. Had to hire help to load the chair. Then the discount they returned to me was unreturned to pay for extra charges. I'll never use them again
STEPHEN BThey were short handed and didn’t have enough staff for a speedy check in. It’s a hardware/lunber store so U-Haul isn’t their main thing. I had to drop my key off and leave my information after having to wait 30 minutes and no one show up to help.
