Went to Chillicothe first for my original reservation and they we unable to get me checked in because of computer/internet problems. Customer service denied me my $50 guarantee. Had to drive an hour to the Kearney location to get a trailer.
Ryan H.Young man removed trailer for me and guided me in as I back it up into the space.
Todd H.Thetvsgouod gave not took more money then was owed to them like charging more for a storage that qas free the first month and was emptied with 3 days left on the grace period my stuff was not I repeat was not in there for 2 months not even a month in a half it was emptied in the right time manner.
Shirley E.Tail light lens was taped in place by a previous customer. The mounting rivets had broken loose from the fiberglass fender well, which was also fractured. I had to remove the old tape, put the lens back in place, and tape it in place more effectively. However inclement weather degraded my temporary fix which also fell apart by trip's end. The woven restraining straps were frayed. One side was so bad it was nearly impossible to feed the end through the ratchet. I had to cut off the worst of the frayed end and seal all the frayed portions with a lighter to make the strap easier to manipulate. The safety cables were showing significant rust from the plastic sheath having become brittle and breaking away.
