When I called the day before the scheduled pick up just to make sure everything was good to go, as I had never rented a Uhaul previously, the gentlemen I spoke to was very rude and almost condescending as I am a lady. He answered my questions abruptly. When my son arrived the next day to get the truck, we were unaware no one would be available, could have been stated the day before when I had my questions and concerns. If you don't want to be helpful to the Uhaul customers, then dont be a Uhaul dealer.
