I was not aware that I would have to park my car across the street. I was told that I needed to put a sign on my dashboard stating that I was with uhual, then go into one of the businesses to ask permission to park in their business lot so that my car wouldn’t be towed. This took a lot of time and was inconvenient, so I will not be using this location again.
Tricia HLaura went out of her way to help since I was struggling with checking out and back in with my phone.
