I really cannot find anything to critique based on my experience. The unfortunate fact that we had to take on the task of moving our lives across country was somewhat relieved by the availability, expertise and quality of the employees first and equipment secondly. Everyone at U-Haul that we interacted with was helpful, flexible and worked towards our best interests! The ladies at the U-Haul location s we used in Texas (Laura) and Illinois (Candice) were FLAT OUT AMAZING! they both helped relieve my stress as much as they helped with the transition. Lastly, to me the cost was far less than I thought I would pay. I am a U-Haul customer for life!
Leslie ALaura was absolutely the best. Very helpful, friendly, and responsive when I needed to extend my rental. She even made sure I had a spot to park my uhaul upon return. 5 stars!

Anthony LWe finalized our reservation for a truck and two dollies, but when went there he said they don't have the dollies. That affected all our moving out process and made everything like he'll since I have a sciatica problem and couldn't perform without those dollies. Worst experience ever. I will never use U-haul services at all.
