It would be much better if the guy had wifi that worked. I was doing a one way rental to the US and I didn't have a data plan in Canada. I couldn't upload the pictures taken at rental time and my credit card could not be charged unless a phone call was made to Uhaul to assist with the transaction. The guy was nice and considerate, but the facilities were less desirable than the location on Enterprise avenue that was originally scheduled for pickup.

Minh HThere is nothing fancy about this location. It does not look like an office. The guy had to finish watching videos on his phone before he decided to let me in through the gate after he picked up my call. The truck was not extra dirty on the outside but it was not clear either. I wasted my time when picking up the truck because he could not figure out your guys U-Haul app how to check me in. It was my first time and I wish I had known how the truck pickup procedure is done. I would have checked me in myself. It was not only his fault but I had to wait with him on the phone to get assistance from U-Haul customer support, so that he could check me in. This took good 15 mins of wait. Overall, I wasted 30 mins of time. My carriers idled for 30 mins.
Oleksandr OClean the inside of the cab. It was filthy dirty, steering wheel was sticky, dirt and gravel on the floor matts. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 2 years. The drivers side front tire was bald on the inside which I felt was dangerous driving that truck out on the road.
