Not a convenient location. Located in an odd flooring business. No one was there when we arrived. Had to call the flooring business middle of the day on a week day for someone to meet us. Was just odd. Truck banged up pretty good. Inside not very clean. Original booking was through the main location and we were moved to this one but there were many available trucks at the original one. Made no sense.

KARL-HEINZ ZThe online form for some reason exited while we were inputting data and the process required repeating. I do not know if this is the fault of the Pick Up Location or not as I had an app failure when I was reserving a trailer and accessories. The gentleman at the Pick Up Location was very friendly and tried his best. I recommend the location because if a person does not need to enter the heart of Kelowna it is always recommended.
