Vehicle was clean but Check engine light was on. Told only sensor. Customer should not have to be concerned about possible problem from check engine light. If problem, just call number on contact. Easy for your representative to say as he would not have to deal with if something happened. There was also an issue with the charge to my credit card. My credit card was billed $626 when my bill was only $226. Not very professional or reassuring if we need a rental in the future. If I need to rent in the future from U-Haul, I definitely will insist on a different pickup location as it was 28 miles round trip out of our way thus increasing my cost for the mileage charge and having to fill the tank to cover the extra miles when gas exceeds $4 and truck get only 5 miles per gallon. When I returned truck, I would think your representative would take the time to check out truck, but he didn’t seem to want to waste his time.
