Sadly, the Uhaul app did NOT work again!!!!! Time is money! I had to call corporate and luckily for me Carlee answered and was awesome! Thanks to her I will not write a bad review. Uhaul needs to do better on that app. The Uhaul worker couldn’t even help me.

Avoid the Lake Country location! The owner swears at you, tells you what to do and screams how he doesn't worka for free! I was dropping off a trailer and keeping the van. I understand Italian and heard every word he said and it went beyond acceptable! He told me he wasn't Canadian and pointed at my face and told me he knew I was not born here by the colour of my skin! I was born in Canada! I refused to take the truck to that terrible place and went to Kelowna! Kelowna self storage was not rage inducing, worked through my short notice return and was a very calming location. Though....when you deal with Giuseppe in Lake Country he sets a bar so low that it is extremely difficult to not give a good impression.
